Jim Balsillie and PSE Sports & Entertainment have spent millions of dollars and spent countless hours trying to bring NHL hockey to Hamilton. Show your appreciation for their efforts by signing the thank you card.
Jim,
I just wanted to say thanks…Winning isn’t always a victory, and losing isn’t always a defeat. If it is meant to be, then one day fate will line up flawless circumstances and serendipitous events granting your wish. You certainly gave fate enough shoulder to push with. I’m always wary of situations that demand unreasonable effort…bad karma. Chin up! Keep yer stick on the ice!

Thanks for trying Jim. You gave it your best, for the third time. Keep your head high, and we will see you on your fourth and fifth attempts. Hockey will come to Hamilton…
Jim,
Thanks for keeping hockey in AZ. If it wasn’t for your obvious disregard for the NHL’s by laws along with your display of character, the NHL might actually have taken you seriously about being a potential owner for a team. As a resident of AZ and a fan coyote hockey I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a dumbass. You couldn’t of failed anymore if you scripted the whole dam thing. First Moyes needs your money to get his shipping company “Swift” out of the red. Poor sap is losing half a million dollars a month due to some poor business decisions. And still he fought to the end to no avail. Secondly, you actually thought a US court was going to make history by overturning a franchises bylaws for a canadien? Priceless! It was poetry in motion. You truly are the “Great One” .Take your blackberry billions and shove it. It’s safe to assume you have effectively destroyed any chance at all of ever owning a team. The NHL truly hates you now and will never entertain the idea of you being a potential owner ever again. I truly feel sorry for the people of Hamilton. With that many fans of hockey in Hamilton I feel they should have a team. They desperately want a team there and now it will be more difficult than ever for that to happen. All you have to do is mention the word “Hamilton” and people (not all of which are hockey fans) and the first thing people talk about is that blackberry jerk from canada that show’s no respect for the NHL. So thanks again for being a dumbass. If you did things the right way, I might of had to learn to live without hockey here in AZ. Kudo’s buddy! Good form.
Jim,
Thank-you for injecting hope back into the fans of Southern Ontario of possibly watching quality hockey again one day.
I have been a Leaf Fan since the day I was born and let me tell you it has been a rough ride. It would be nice to see them have a little competition. You never know maybe it will inspire them to finally put a good team on the ice.
GOOD LUCK with your battles with the NHL!
Tom

The 2350 announced attendance at the Bulldogs recent game is a great testament to what a pathetic hockey town Hamilton is.
