Impulse Studios
Everyone here at Impulse Studios has been actively following Jim's endeavour from back in May when he went public with his bid. While there were many ups and downs during the recent months, one cannot discount Jim's dedication and resilience to his cause. We created this site because we feel strongly about the events that have transpired and sense that we were not likely the only ones feeling this way. We owe our thanks to Mr. Balsillie and we hope that others will join us in letting Jim know just how much we appreciate his efforts.

I just wanted to say thanks for giving Hamilton a legitimate shot at an NHL franchise. The people of this city greatly appreciate your efforts, and the efforts of your team.
I hope this is just the beginning of the road to NHL hockey in Hamilton. I hope to be standing at the front of the line with you for tickets to the home opener when that day comes.

The fact that you were doing it for the love of the game and your country is beyond impressive. I feel that this fact was not given enough consideration throughout the court process, with the business side of things taking the spotlight.
Despite all of the roadblocks and upsets, I am still convinced that we will get our team in the not-too-distant future and there is no doubt that you have played a monumental role in getting it here.
