Impulse Studios
Everyone here at Impulse Studios has been actively following Jim's endeavour from back in May when he went public with his bid. While there were many ups and downs during the recent months, one cannot discount Jim's dedication and resilience to his cause. We created this site because we feel strongly about the events that have transpired and sense that we were not likely the only ones feeling this way. We owe our thanks to Mr. Balsillie and we hope that others will join us in letting Jim know just how much we appreciate his efforts.

I just wanted to say thanks…you tried your best to bring another team to Canada and I am so happy with your efforts. You were fighting an uphill battle from the very start because of Bettman’s bias towards you but you fought hard.
Keep trying. The NHL needs an owner dedicated to hockey such as yourself.

Thank you for raising awareness and almost bringing hockey back to where it belongs, here in Canada. You will get a team eventually, so don’t give up. Unfortunately too much red tape got in the way of your efforts.
